At Catering and Event, we strive to deliver your high-performance equipment and supplies safely and efficiently across South Africa.

Shipping Rates

To keep things simple and transparent for our customers, we offer a Flat Rate Shipping fee on all orders:

• Standard Delivery: R579.00 per order.

Delivery Areas

• We deliver to all major cities and regional areas within South Africa.

• For very remote locations or specialized event sites, additional delivery time may be required.

Order Processing and Handling

• Handling Time: Orders are typically processed within 1–3 business days after payment confirmation.

• Transit Time: Once dispatched, delivery usually takes 3–5 business days, depending on your location.

• Please note that we do not ship on weekends or public holidays.

Shipping Method

• Due to the size and weight of our commercial equipment (such as ovens and fridge/freezers), we utilize specialized courier services to ensure your items arrive in perfect condition.

• All shipments include a tracking number, which will be emailed to you as soon as your order leaves our warehouse.

Delivery Requirements

• Signature Required: For security and insurance purposes, all deliveries require a signature upon receipt.

• Access: Please ensure that the delivery address is accessible for delivery vehicles and that someone is available to receive the package during standard business hours (8:00 AM – 5:00 PM).

Shipping Damage

While we take every precaution to secure your items, please inspect your delivery immediately upon arrival. If there is visible damage to the packaging or the product, please note it on the delivery waybill and contact us within 24 hours.
